On the 79th anniversary of the death of 4 priests, 36 sisters, 12 orphans and about 1000 inhabitants of Warsaw under the ruins of St. Casimir’s church (cf. Monastery during the Warsaw Uprising 1944), a Mass was celebrated for the fallen in the Warsaw Uprising. The Eucharist was presided over by Fr. Adam Petakiewicz, and the homily was delivered by Fr. Dr. Andrzej Tulej. The ceremony ended with a common prayer in the crypt of the church.
